• Is Scholarship Finder free? Yes — the core discovery, matching, and tracking features are free. See Subscription & Advertising Terms for how the app may be funded in future.
• How does eligibility matching work? You add optional profile details (study level, field, target country, grades, test scores, etc.) and the app highlights scholarships that match — always confirm eligibility on the official provider's page before applying.
• I'm not getting deadline reminders. Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings and that you've subscribed to alerts for the relevant saved items.
• How do I delete my account or data? Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account, or email us — see Account & Data Deletion for full detail.
• What languages are supported? The app is available in multiple languages, including right-to-left support for Arabic.
• I found a security issue. Email enlightnkugen@gmail.com — responsible disclosure is welcomed and good-faith reports are acknowledged promptly.
